Yes. Find it harder to think I look the way he sees me. My husband sees me .... all I see is how much overweight I am. I want to feel what he says he sees.

I'm really sick but still got in a 10 mile walk cause it felt so good outside. Coughing, getting sick but still made it!

What type of exercise or programs did you use? My goal is to lose 83.6 lbs. I'm down 7.7 lbs in one month but it's slow.

Walking 2 miles a day will help keep you on track to lose 1 to 1.5 lbs a week even with a normal diest.it takes about 30 mims to 1 hour depending on your daily walking habits to do that.
