Creatine isn't suppose to give you size, of course you will gain weight by the water retention, but that's about it. It only increases the ATP in your muscles, make sure you're getting your protein in (1-1.5g per lb) if youre trying to gain weight, keep eating

@jennifer_417 my tolerance has actually always been high, I never really use to take preworkouts until I was given a free tub of another stim and it had no affect, I've cycled off and it no change really lol, guess everyone's different, couple people I know only Take half a scoop and are ready to die

Not sure if youre a flexible dieter or not but if not, try eating more nuts, peanuts have a lot of calories, granola, milk, anything that stays in your macros
