this month i learned: road run is 100X harder than treadmill and is very unforgiving on my lower legs; do not run in the sun at 2PM in summer; checking running shoe deals too frequently may cause fatal damage to my purse.

I'm by no means experienced... started this program 2 months ago and i love it. It's 3 days per week so i think it can fit in your current routine perfectly. make sure you learn proper forms!

try this: beat eggs well, add a bit water or broth (2 tbsp for 1 egg), beat some more; season with salt; add shrimp and green onion (optional), rest till all bubbles gone, wrap tight, steam for 10 minutes. add sesame oil and serve!

OMG guys!!!! Thought I was doing W7D1 today but I pushed through the 5K mark! 36 minutes non-stop. Super proud :smiley: I will keep running 5K for the rest 2 weeks lets see how that goes!

I keep snacks around. protein bars, almonds, etc. I get frustrated at work every now and then, if i don't have healthy snacks at hand I'd rush to the vending machine for chips and candy.

I have 3: squat 100 lbs (currently 85) run a 5K (1 more mile to go!) down to 165 by my bday in may (12 to lose)
