My weight drops 1-2lbs the week before my period and then jumps like 4lbs the day before I start. I’m usually up a couple of pounds for the duration of my period. It definitely varies from person to person.

I really like P90X3! You’ll definitely get a good workout in. I don’t think they include the cool down or warmup in that 30min time so it’s more like 35-38min. If I’m remembering correctly. It’s been a while since I did it. I like Beachbody on demand and all the different workouts. I don’t use any of their other products…

I’m in that same place right now! I lost almost 25lbs last year and still have another 10ish to go. I haven’t lost anything in months because I’ve gotten lazy on my food tracking. I know what the reason is. Now I just need to do it! We’ve got this!!
