I need to quit too!! Cold turkey is best but not for all. I think the hardest part is breaking down the association Incorporated in daily rituals. Analyze an average day and recognize when you mentally crave nicotine...with morning coffee, driving in the car, after a meal, after a drink? Start with one thing & remove the…

Thanks all! I really appreciate the input and thoughtful tips.

My guess is hip flexor. Make sure you stretch before & after. Runners lung is great & pigeon & butterfly stretch. Consider picking up yoga to counteract the damage running does to the body.

Skull candy & wear a sweat band over your ears to keep them in. & soak up all your excess sweat! Lol!

When do you start the PCT? I'm in!

Spinach & kale always! For green smoothies, omelettes, salads, sautéed, & making chips. Organic Lemons And lime flavored seltzer water

I like to light a bunch of candles, draw a bubble bath, get in the tub & give myself a deep conditioning hair treatment & a facial or just sit & soak. Sometimes I channel my inner Margot Tenenbaum & bring my iPad & watch Nettux until I'm all puckered & pruney. There's just something so therapeutic about being submerged in…

Aren't we so lucky to have come of age during the 90's grunge era? Best musical genre to have ever existed!! So glad I spent my young skinny years wearing baggy jeans & oversized flannels B)

Butter lettuce all the way! Ice burg has zero nutritional value!

You should add some strength training to your workout regime. I hear that really helps. Or consider signing up for weight watchers again since it was so successful for you last time. Drink lots of water b/c water weight can make the scale vary like 10lbs worth! You could also try cutting out gluten & see what happens.…

This is a great beginner introduction to yoga. Expect it to be a very slow paced relaxing session focused on long deep stretches & breath & using lots of props like blocks & blankets & straps. Take advantage of this time to help clear your mind and become more aware of your body. You'll realize some stretches to be…

Feel free to add me :)

You can do it!! Stay in your calorie deficit & drink lots of water. You could also go to the spa & do one of those fancy wraps that pulls water weight & makes you shrink an inch for about 12 hrs or until you eat or drink again or whatever.

It was a few years ago so I can't recall specifically. I think it was about a month long process for me. It entails a food elimination diet with two weeks of restricted foods & a series of supplements including a meal replacement shake taken twice daily. all which is meant to remove toxins and then help rebuild the lining…

Breathe in through your nose and out your mouth.

It's amazing, challenging, & so much fun! Great if you can get a buddy to do it with you so once you've learned all the technique & skill you can go off & do it together on your own time. Consider getting into yoga as well because flexibility counts when going for those hard to reach nooks. Happy climbing!

I like like a slice of multigrain toast with some coconut oil & almond butter or Nutella on it before or with mashed up avocado & a fried egg if I'm really hungry. Post I would make a smoothie with fruits & greens & some protein powder. If you need quick easy grabs try an apple or banana with some Justin's maple almond…

I say go ahead & eat it! The fat won't make you fat! It's good for you. I was just in Thailand for 10 days & ate curry everyday! In addition to lo mein, fish balls, sugary chai teas & all sorts of other amazing street foods & still came home having lost 8 lbs! Ever seen an overweight Thai person? Exactly ;)

Pineapple & crushed macadamian nuts

I get my multivitamin from my natraupathic dr's office so I know it's the good stuff. He said a lot of the cheaper generic brands don't work as well so your basically throwing your $ away. I also take a liquid vitamin D that has omegas in it & a calcium pill. Ask you Dr what brand they reccomend. Also bananas have lots of…

In the nose and out the mouth. Deep cleansing breaths. Find your own unique pattern and let it flow

Master your breathing technique. Consider meeting with a coach a couple times to examine your technique & help make improvements.

Well actually it was a state park dirt trail, with easy to moderate incline & declines & lots of winding & log hopping - it's built for mountain biking. & I had a 5lb pack on my back. Not sure if any of that makes a difference. I mean, when MFP/iPhone step adds "exercise calories" they don't know how fast your moving…

Yup you'll do fine. Once you're in tread you'll ride at least 1ft above water. They probably won't let you use your arms to help tread either. Bicycle, egg beater & power kick (almost scissor kick but knees bent) practice & see what works best for you. It's about endurance & strength, not depth

That dress is definitely gold & white!! :) But seriously it's ALL a matter of opinion. Go with how you feel & once you've gotten to your happy place just maintain.

Ashtanga & vinyasa flows I'm sure have calorie burn. You could also try Pilates or a barre video & just use a chair & the wall.

If say very since most people struggle to get to 10,000!

I don't weigh my food but I do log everything using measurements & round up with my educated calorie guesses.

Can u walk distance? Start walking for a cause. There seems to be a new cause every week to walk for & you will help raise awareness & make the world a better place :) You could also look on the challenge board of MFP. There's all sorts of competitions push ups, squats, crunches, lunges, etc....
