7 pounds in 7 weeks

I need to lose 7 pounds by June 10. Is it possible? I'm 133 and I need to get down to 126. I work out 5 times a week but just cardio. I need motivation! Please help!

    What happens if you don't weigh 126 by June 10? This kind of thinking does not seem healthy to me.

    I'm actually in about the same boat. I have ONE dress, and don't want to/need to go buy another dress. My son is marrying June 10th and the dress is most appropriate for the wedding. I've regained about 7 lbs over the holidays and haven't lost it yet. I did lose 2lbs this week, and if I can keep eating and exercising like I did this week, I can do this.

    I weigh and measure all the food I eat, and record it here on MFP in my food diary. I avoid processed food with the exception of a high fiber bread, and sometimes I enjoy Triscuit crackers. I aim for 50 grams of fiber daily, which helps keep me from feeling ravenous.

    I exercise 5 days a week. I like to run, use the elliptical machine at my gym, and I spend half an hour lifting weights. I track my exercise calories using my fitbit charge HR and it helps a lot.

    I drink 10 glasses of water that hold 12oz, daily.

    You can do it!! Stay in your calorie deficit & drink lots of water. You could also go to the spa & do one of those fancy wraps that pulls water weight & makes you shrink an inch for about 12 hrs or until you eat or drink again or whatever.
