Started the day off with a migraine (well started last night!) but it simmered down around 7. Decided to treat myself with a very light workout and somehow made it through. You're all doing great

Still on p90x :) Weight is 122. Not much difference. Happy to be on track with exercise and diet.

I'm actually currently in phase III of p90x :) Have lost roughly 8.5 lbs with exercise + diet and I love this program! It is long, 60+ min, 6 days a week, but I don't regret it one bit. Felt like working ++ hard today! Stress relief from talking to the student loan agency today. Medical school is expensive, quel surprise! Exercises done today: P90X chest and back Regular squats, 45 Plank, 90 min Elliptical, 25 min @thehoss316 enjoy the beers! Cheers!

@Karyn71 Similar situation as yourself, but after talking to my doctor we devised a good plan. I've lost roughly 9 lbs in less than two months thankfully. Feel free to add me as a friend. Yesterday wasn't my best. We had a very sad family emergency so I wasn't too concerned about getting my macros in. But, on a lighter note, as a vegan I'm mostly proud that I consistently meet or exceed my protein requirements. Lotta beans.
