Thanks! Is is true, that it is not needed to keep fat at the typical keto 70-75% for ultimate loss. And to always eat your protein number even if your not hungry. Can you guys touch on these things and how you lost on/around these things? I am nowhere near what my protein number says I should be at when I play with these…

Sometimes I could use the vegetables and I don’t because they add up quick on carbs. Most of my vegetables are salad and very few others here and there. I know they keep your regular and could use that because my carbs tend to be pretty low lately but experimenting with anything to get the scale to move again LOL

That’s pretty much what I stick to also. Salad greens broccoli cauliflower occasional green beans, and if I’m out sometimes a couple carrots in a salad. Try to keep carbs low as possible even less than 20 so they add up quick I was just curious because I know some people eat no vegetables. China haven’t tried that yet but…

Great advice. Glad to see everyone making progress whether it’s on scale or other ways. My scale finally moved after 2 wks gaining the few pounds that seemed like forever to loose, lol. Thank you. I needed that. I just can’t seem to lose anymore. I’m at a standstill and the scale is going the wrong way. Need to start tracking again and not monitor more of my low carb treats that could be messing with my progress

So I did buy two packages in the refrigerated section. I had one for the first time and it was OK but not the tofu but the other kind. And I still have the other one in the fridge. Can it be frozen so it doesn’t go bad?

Yeah good points. I probably am not eating the right amount of fat either. My fat grams are never anywhere near my macros, Probably nowhere near half to be honest but that’s because I read I don’t have to add that if I’m trying to lose body fat. But my carbs stay between 20 and 30. Otherwise I pretty much stick to straight…

Yeah I need to plan a little better and keep snacks with me. Sometimes I go for hours at work or at the gym and then I come home and I just want something before settling down to make something in the kitchen for dinner so I little bit of something helps hold me over.

It’s honestly just the feeling of being off, dizzy. So I assumed it was sugar since my blood sugar runs low normally. I was finding myself reaching for gum or sugar-free candy or caffeine anything to get rid of the feeling. It’s been a few days and better now

I'm finding when adding too much dairy to my diet I am stalling. For example made jello sf pudding heavy cream(or half n half). Both times I had it, weight stalled.

Blood sugar drops so need something at times and on upcoming trip. Appreciate the ideas!

I tried it in sugar-free Jell-O pudding and my stomach felt off when I made it. Could that just be an adjustment or do you think that really needs the heavy whipping cream?

I think everyone has things that they're not going to simply give up for their keto low carb lifestyle and that's why we all find different ways of adapting to something we happen to want to incorporate. Again, that's why we all belong to this group to help each other. :)

Is Halotop less carbs? Sammie, Im assuming that its 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream? And do you freeze it? Sounds great. :)
