Work hard and prove her wrong :) people don't always react so kindly to people's goals unfortunately

Clean eating reduces calories overall so you should be able to lose weight :) as long as you eat a calorie deficit it can be accomplished.

Some of the lower end polar models are quite affordable and they have chest heart rate monitors which is considered more accurate than the wrist HR. However, I don't think they sync with MFP unless you add on some device. If you don't want the step tracker to count hand movements, I would put it on the non-dominant hand.…

Forever 21 has some pretty cute and affordable workout gear. I wouldn't really recommend the low impact or medium impact sports bras though. Old Navy is also has an affordable selection

I tried out the BBG phone app, wasn't worth it in my opinion. The PDF is actually cheaper than the cost of the BBG app in the long run but it is beautifully designed. I just use a HIIT timer I downloaded onto my phone and turn up spotify

I realized how calorie dense walnuts and other nut products are, but they're so great for your health!

You could try adding hemp seeds to a smoothie with protein powder or have oatmeal with hemp seeds and other seeds.

Sometimes I add it to my smoothies with protein powder and a frozen banana

Supposedly the milk proteins binds with the flavanols in black and green tea, making it harder for our body to absorb the health benefits and basically cancels out the antioxidant activity

I use VegaOne french vanilla but I don't care for the stevia

I'm 5'8" and currently 133 lbs. I don't have a set weight goal but my overall health tends to be better under 130 lbs. I mostly lift and do pilates + some cardio so I'm hoping I will eventually put on enough muscle to just overall be healthier and stronger :)

I would see what the doctor recommends From my previous sprains, I could barely walk without crutches. Walking or doing any physical activity would cause my ankle to worsen.
-
I exercise 6x a week but I have an active rest day to promote recovery 4x weight lifting 2x cardio + HIIT 1x active rest day -- pilates + yoga or light run

Yes! I foam roll during a warmup after some a light jog and I also foam roll afterwards. It really helps with my scoliosis and I find that recovery time is a lot faster after weights :)
