Will Chest Workouts Do ANYTHING For Breasts?

I'm not talking about spot reducing. I'm talking about making these big sacks of fat look forward for once.

Yeeeeaaa, I'd like to know the answer to this question as well0

Nope. Only a breast lift will do that. As you lose weight, they get smaller, but depending on how big you are, they will probably just deflate. All chest work outs will do is make your pecs stronger.

Yes, having chest muscles can help make your breasts appear perkier they help hold it up better0

My right breast was a little droopier than my left but has perked up since I started lifting again last fall. I'm a C cup. Exercises I do that specifically target the chest are incline dumbbell press and flies, and pushups.0

Nope, mine got smaller and deflated. I do have some pec cleavage, though.0

No. The pectoral muscles are under the breasts, but there are no muscles within the breasts.0

Nope. But the pecs look amazing these days.0

I saw this thread and what kept running through my mind was the line from the Judy Blume book when the girls chant, "we must, we must, we must increase our bust", while doing an exercise which I thought sounded silly.0

Exercise affects the muscle underneath the breast tissue and not the tissue itself. If they were saggy before, no amount of chest exercising will perk them up.

I don't think any exercise or muscle building will make them perkier, but depending on your breast shape, they may appear different with more muscle behind them. For example, my breasts sit relatively low on my chest (not saggy, just lower placement) and more pectoral muscle up top makes them look a little more filled in up there. It's more of a visual trick than anything else, but I think it looks better than visible rib cage that way.0
