I meant eating any kind of fruit.

Coffee is okay to drink, but it is an appetite depressant. You just have to make sure you are getting enough food in your day.

I got my information from a book called Eat to Live and it compared grams of protein with number of calories. Yes meat does have more protein but also more calories, if you compare it that way than broccoli has more protein.

Adding more fruit to your diet will gel raise glucose levels.

Lemon water is a great replacement for coffee, also any kind of fruit.

Yay! I am so happy that I'm not the only one. What were your reasons for going vegan? Also do you worry about protein?

Raw foodism is a great idea, you just have to make sure you are getting enough calories. Raw food is high in fiber which will make you feel fuller faster, but because raw food is typically low in calorie you have to make sure you are getting a sufficient amount of nutrients.

Obviously you have never struggled with binge eating. Sure fruit is great, but if you binge on it that just teaches your brain to continue to binge and eventually the fruit won't be enough and you will start to binge on unhealthy, fatty, sugary foods. Trust me, I've been there.

My hairs red in the summer, gold in the fall, brown in the winter and blond/gold in the spring. I have the best of all worlds.

I also struggled with binge eating for a year, but have gotten completely out of it. I would love to help you out.

Personally I am only vegan for health reasons, not ethical reasons. The only time I tell someone I'm vegan is when I am offered meat or dairy. I don't think of myself as superior to others and I'm not preachy about it. Everyone has a choice to live the way they want and I respect that.

Lucky. I am at the gym a lot and am around tons of people who like different diets and are sure theirs is the best. Honestly I wish I could go vegan but I can't because I take a life saving medication that contains mouse proteins (grown in a lab) and my diet is so restrictive for medical reasons that if I chose a plant…

I do the live to fail program, but core is also really good, so is black fire.

Crunches, leg raises, side planks, around the worlds, and rotating planks.

Water bottles filled with dirt, rocks, or sand, depending on how heavy you want them. Body weight is also very effective.

I just started logging yesterday, but I suggest eating lots of veggies, things like broccoli actually have more protein than a serving of meat, beans and nuts are also good for protein. I don't really worry about protein, since there is no such thing as a proton deficiency.

I have been vegan for just over 2 months now and it was s lot easier than most people would think. I suggest watching cowspiracy, but if you don't want to do that than just go vegan. If you try and slowly slide into it you will really struggle, just jump right in. Just make sure you are eating enough plant foods, and try…

If you're not hungry don't eat, that is called feeding a food addiction. Your body will tell you when it needs food, don't force it, it's unhealthy.

As a vegan I get all of my protein from veggies and beans. There is no such thing as a protein deficiency, so don't worry about not getting enough.

Added protein is not necessary. Women only need about 50-60g of protein a day, and that can easily be attained. Veggies, like broccoli actually have more protein than meat so if you are worried about protein than pack in the veggies. Please stay away from dairy as it also comes with a lot of fat, so do most meats. I myself…

Nutrition wide I would cut down on animal products, and protein. A woman at your age and height only needs about 50-60g of protein a day. Plus with animal products comes a lot of fat, especially in dairy. Carbs from fruits and veggies will not make you gain weight and both are still packed with protein, in fact broccoli…

I know the struggle. As a vegan I eat about 5 fruits for breakfast, which means I'm already over my sugar intake, and the day has just begun. My suggestion is is to not worry about the sugar levels, as long as you aren't cramming in things that are full of processed sugar.

A lot of people will say protein, but as a budding personal trainer I can tell you that the best thing for post workout is simple sugars, like fruit, juice, or sweet potatoes. These help aid in muscle recovery.
