• I think people are putting the "drink down" and not you & are suggesting that making your own smoothie is even better if you've really decided to go down the "healthy lifestyle" track. If you're losing weight with your new found juice then everyone will cheer with you, so Keep calm & carry on.
• You'd be surprised how much calories some healthy foods have e.g half an avocado can have as much as 250calories and a large banana as much as 150calories. Maybe you're underestimating your calorie intake. I recommend you weigh everything rather than measuring. Also 30mins of walking loses you about 100 to 120calories. Try…
• I always go for vodka with a sugar free mixer as its one of the spirits with less calories and doesn't leave me bloated. When I drink wine I always go for white wine. If I know that I'm going out for the weekend I always work out extra mins incase I'm hungover the following day which usually makes me feel lazy to workout.

• I've gained 10pounds before and still fit in all my clothes. So probably 10pounds is not a lot to show a difference or change a dress size. When I used to tell my friends I've gained 10pounds throughout the year, they all thought I still looked the same
• Try buying flavoured sugar free chewing gum like "extra bubblegum or strawberry". When you get urges to eat just chew on one or two. I use it as a tactic when I have already eaten all my calories for the day.
• Sudden increase in Fibre is a culprit to gas/wind. Allergy test could be a way to go, get tested
• There's 1000s of people on MFP? All here to either lose/maintain/gain weight. To an extent i would say we are all not happy with our images otherwise we wouldn't be here. It's definitely a common thing & most people like to deny it. But first step to healing is "acceptance & acknowledging the problem" and you've just done…
• Every food on earth needs to be eaten in moderation as "too much of anything is not good for you". It's called a "balanced diet" for a reason, therefore, no need to completely cut out sugar.
• I've managed to keep up with my chocolate cravings by replacing chocolate bars with "chocolate flavoured protein bars". I wouldn't worry about the chocolate bars as slip-ups are more than normal, just take it as your cheat day as its been a week since you touched chocolate. You should really include treats in your diet, as…
• It's called a "balanced diet" for a reason. If you lower carbs, soon or later your body will start to crave it them. thus leading to binge eating thus resulting in yo-yo dieting..
• Majority of contraception makes women gain weight, especially the pill form. If you read the slip that comes with the contraception you'll see that one of the side effects is "weight gain". Some of the contraception retains water and some makes you crave food.
• Bonjour :)

• With take-away drinks they do put add-ons (not necessarily sugar in some of the drinks) so that the ingredients can go a long a way as part of their cost/expense saving scheme. I drank a black coffee from McDonalds (for the first time) about two weeks ago. I tasted it and spat it right out (it was disgusting). It tasted…
• If you have Facebook go on your account and think of someone (maybe a friend or family member) whom has a figure you adore and would like to have. Have a look through their pictures and just think to yourself that "if you keep up with the diet, one diet you'll look like that" Also go on YouTube and type in "fat people"…
• Maybe you should now up your training and try vigorous training. When you do your Zumba, you could wear some ankle and wrist weights start with the lightest weights you can find, then increase weights when you get used to the current weight. Instead of jogging try running or even jogging/running uphill. Or again try…
• Are you guys saying that water retention only comes into action when you go on vacation?
•
Nope. It's green tea and a smoothie three times a day
OOooO cool I already drink green tea and make some smoothies in my diet. How does the 30 day log come Into play?
• I have a very slim figure but have a chubby/round face. My cheeks are the same as "Selena Gomez" Compared to yours my face is definitely chubbier. I have always been called 'cute' by other people and they always pinch my cheeks.. People without chubby faces are usually not cute, they probably fall in the "sexy category".…
• With these take-away drinks it's usually better to Make one yourself at home. I saw one trending article lately on the news on how some of these hot drinks from Starbucks, McDonald, Nero etc have more added sugar than a can of Coke some even had as much as 20 teaspoons of sugar :#
• There's no cleanse secret everyone. I'm sure you've probably googled it to see what answers you get. This is a motivational post by the OP to try and get everyone to log their foods accurately and to get the procrastinators to keep up. After 30days you will have been cleansed In a way that you actually realise how much…
