Case study! Haha. Do you have a guess?
-
The rice is one cup. It comes as a side in a 1 cup container, and to verify I took it out of the container and put it into a cup measuring device.
-
Peanut sauce! And I agree, that's why I was going for 700's. My thought was 200 for rice, 150 for chicken, 250 for peanut sauce, and 150 for the rest.
-
Yeah I figured as my journey moves along I can look at success stories from that step in the journey!
-
I should have posted my guess. I was at 750 :)

You're welcome.

Gotcha. Thank you.

6.5 months = 27 weeks. 175 pounds * 3500 = 612,500 612,500 / 27 = 22,685 calorie deficit per week or 3,240 deficit per day. So, the first few months it looks like your TDEE was around 4,900. So the weight drop in the beginning makes sense. But what about after that? For example, when you lost a little weight... TDEE for a…

How many calories were you eating daily to lose that much?
-
Haha. I obviously wouldn't do that. Just giving a dramatic example.
-
This is all levels of fantastic.
-
I'm surprised people get upset with the "Youre getting too skinny" comment. I would take that as a huge compliment.

I just have a hard time believing that no matter what weight you are, that you burn 5,000 calories per day by walking only 1,700 steps. But - I've been wrong before. I'm definitely no expert. I did nothing purposeful today. I didn't walk fast. I didn't jog. I didn't do anything. 90% of my active day was spent in a hospital…
-
Ohhhh. I didn't know the website and app would have different info.
-
180 pounds. Do you think I really burn 800 exercise cals (on top of NEAT) With every 1700 steps? If so Ill walk 10,000 steps and burn 7,000 cal a day and eat like a king! Haha.
-
I checked. I don't have multiple entries.
-
I've never logged exercise ever.
-
Did that. Posted a screenshot above showing only 1 entry. Also, see below on Sunday where I had 7,000 steps. 2,300 exercise calories. Wowwww

Exactly the same. It can't be different. Every time I update one (with my weight for example), it automatically updates the other.
-
I posted the screenshot above. As you can see, it added 700+ calories for 1,700 steps. Ridiculous!
-
Sure. See below.

This isn't the tracker telling me this. It's my fitness pal.
-
Nope. One thousand, five hundred.
-
Fitbit.
-
Thank you.

Maybe I misread, but I could have swore that LeanGains IF (8 hour window) said he had to increase his calories after switching to IF because he was burning so much faster.
-
ok, gotcha. I was under the impression that people think it helps shed fat more quickly.
-
I've never fully understood the "its unhealthy" mantra. Maybe you can explain it to me? 3500 calories in a pound. Someone could technically eat 2,500 calories per day, and then through BMR and lots of exercise, burn 6,000 calories per day. That would result in a 3500 deficit per day - Which is 1 pound. Maybe i'm missing…

Thank you.
