I tend to do this too while I am working on homework and things at night. I found that if I will brush my teeth right after dinner I won't eat anything else because I'd have to brush my teeth again.

I do that as well. It may feel dirty but it really isn't THAT dirty. Over washing our hair is something us females do too much. Like every one else said, dry shampoo works like a charm

This. I don't wash my hair until I know it needs washing. That might be a few days, sweated through workouts and all. At the end of the day it is just hair. It really doesn't matter how it looks in the gym because you can just throw it up and no one really cares how it looks anyway!

I wish my gym had this!!! Just another way to activate the glutes, it should work well for you if you problems with your shoulders. I just wouldn't go too heavy until you get your form down

Wow I'm sorry to hear yours did not go well, I have heard some horror stories. I am getting reconstruction on both of my feet, closer to where my big toes are. I am staying optimistic and hopefully I won't be down and out too long. And thank you for your suggestion, I will try that!!

I have asthma as well and since I started running and becoming active it hardly noticeable. I would suggest what everyone else has already said but make sure you focus on controlling your breathing. It's important for runners with asthma that you get the right breathing pattern down when running. Keep at it and goodluck.

Do you really need to take a supplement in order to get you through your workout? Your own motivation for why you're doing this alone should be enough to get you through. Take a rest day if you need to. Not to mention caffeine is considered a schedule 5 drug.

That might be what it was saying. All it said was "If you don't eat 30 minutes after your workout you'll lose half of it". And my reaction is just shock because I'm not about to lose my hard work that easily!
