Works for me! I haven't had junk food in a month! :smiley: I am going to make a secondary goal to stay under my sodium limit all week!

I log the next day entirely before I go to bed - usually when I'm making dinner and in the kitchen so that I can scan new items. I find it easier to stay on track when I have less decisions to make the next day.

I tend not to trust it. I advise putting it on your nondominant hand BUT putting your settings to dominant (to achieve the least sensitivity).

That sounds like a drastic change for anyone. I could never get through this on such a little amount of food... I have trouble believing that you are even in a safe caloric range. I eat many of the items you have mentioned within a day... plus a lot more, and even I have trouble getting my calories up enough. Be careful…

I fully agree with this. While it may not be perfect, Applebee's has a great menu to help you stay within your calorie limit. If I was going there, I wouldn't classify it as a "cheat" meal- I would just follow my guidelines the best I could.
