I think everyones metabilism is different if i were to eat once a day and all the junk i would weigh more than i do now wich is eating many times small portions work for me and no junk includes choc chips exc..

I feel you thats what happens when you eat the same things over and over you can make your own healthy burger at home with no oil... you can add spices seasoning pepper onion garlic you dont need to eat the same thing over and over that will make you sick and then stop whatever you started there are some great healthy…

You need to see a Nutritionist first if you want to lose weight he will give you a correct scedhual for what to ear and for beginners i would suggest a pre worm up of half an hour power walk then some easy excercises dont over do it or youl be stuck on your couch not being able to move always stretch first most important…

Lose weight first nooo heavy lifting only cardio workouts maybe a few easy 15×3 any excercise you do do 3 sets 15 times rest every set you don't want your fat to become muscle

Stop eating sweets and you will se results i belive is that when you go on a diet you cut down all sweets then a few days pass you go crazy and start eating all the sweets again So then what happens you are right back where you started How about putting a goal on losing weight slowely then you wont gain…

Actually i find that if you eat some specific types of food you lose weight i am trying it and seeing amazing results more than ever!!! I use to work out but eat whatever i want and saw very very slow and poor results all i was seeing was sweat and exhaustion from all the work out now i eat more healthy and only work out…

I hate water and drink it only when i excercise so i drink coffee or tea but i dont drink energy drinks everday maybe twice a week

Really.. thats great actually i dont drink it everyday and definitely not in the morning im more if a coffee or green tee followed by breakfast!!!! Definitely need my breakfast or my stomach will start growing

Have you ever heard of dried oats i mean instead of adding water and making it into cereal wich is yuck for me i could eat it if its like the quacker cereal
