One tablespoon of a naturals creamer (30 cals) and 2 packets of truvia. Low calorie but sweet ☕️

To those that say they have never gotten a shirt before a race.... Out of curiosity where do you live? I have raced 5K, 10K (and now half marathon recently) in Alaska and Virginia in the US and have always gotten a shirt before the race when I picked up my race bib. I'm just curious if it's a regional thing.

I don't wear them during races but I saw a post just now where alot of people were wearing them for a local race so I was just curious what the general consensus was and if I was being a snob by not wearing it. Glad I am not alone in my thinking :)

I'm only training for a half-marathon, but I have found that when I stay within my calorie limit and choose my foods wisely, I run so much faster and have more endurance. It's tempting to gorge especially after a run, but my performance really does suffer if I go over consistently. Good luck! Stay the course! :-)

Pizza and chips (any kind, I don't discriminate). Glad to see I am not alone in my food crack!! :-)

Way to go!!

My family nicknamed me "Chipsy" so I totally feel your pain. I can't buy big bags of chips because I know myself and even if I weigh a portion, I know it's there and the temptation is too hard. I could sit and eat an entire bag! I have found that buying the pre-packaged small bags works. That way I have my one bag and get…

My brother lives in Yuma and I find it easier to run when I visit (I live in VA where it is cooler and more humid).

This was super helpful! Thank you!

I started not even running a mile without stopping a year ago...today I ran my first 10K nonstop! My advice...don't let yourself feel intimidated! You can be as great as you are willing to push yourself. It is very addicting though!! :-)

Thank you for your responses! Very helpful!! I am running my first 10K race next weekend and working towards a half-marathon. When I run a 10K on my own during training, I usually have better times later in the day vs AM runs and I think it may have to do with the fact that I don't eat anything usually before AM runs so…

Whiskey and Coke Zero all the way!! :)

I do because it's the easiest source of protein and it actually has helped my weight loss. I stick to fish, shrimp, chicken and turkey though. I stay away from beef and bacon most of the time (although they are delicious).

Genius! Thank you :)

B- banana L- burger lettuce wrap with tomato, 2 mandarin oranges, a snack size bag of cheetos S- Kashi strawberry cereal bar, 6 hershey kisses, crackers and cheese D- Salad topped with avocado and tuna, and some strawberries and apple slices with a teensy bit of caramel for dessert
-
Does butter lettuce go by another name? I looked for it actually at the store because my mom mentioned it being good for wraps but I only saw romaine and iceberg

I use oats and I also freeze them at least an hour or 2 before cooking on a skillet. They come out perfect little patties! :-)

Vodka and lacroix is good! That way you are getting some hydration in too :P

Halibut is hands down my favorite, but hard to find in the lower 48

Omg that looks heavenly! I love chickpeas!

Ground turkey is pretty delicious as a burger...no it does not taste exactly the same but you still get that burger "fix."
-
Tomatoes are good in it...or put it on top of a salad. Also just plain with pepper is delicious. I get the fat-free because the full day is a little much for me. I love it!! :-)
-
So many to choose from!! I love their veggie root chips, powerberries, and organic cereal bars to name a few. Powerberries are prob ny fave though. You get your dessert "fix" without all the calories. It's somewhat nutritious too :p

What are salt substitutes?

That's exactly why I want to make sure I get enough calcium! Osteoporosis is no joke, especially for women!
