Have you tried emergen c vitamin c packets? having some sort of cals is better than being chronically dehydrated. And who knows, once you have a constant state of hydration you may lose some water weight. good luck

I started the 30ds today. I have done it before with great results. I lost many inches no so many pounds. I use 5 and 8 pound weights, and I have read that Jillian said there should be rest days, so take my rest days on Sunday. I have also read that knee problems are common.
