That sounds great. I was on a strict diet then ate some Mexican food that made me sick all night. Going to watch what I eat now. Trying to stay below1300 calories a day so don't want to waste those on junk food.

Counting Calories can be tough, invest in a good book that tells calories, fat, carbs, sugars, etc. for your foods. Some of these books also have a Restaurant guide for food counts. Hi every one, I am Marilyn and I am a 63 year old Christian woman, a wife, mother and grandmother. I have Fibromyalgia, MCTD, IBS, Ulcerative Colitis, Gastroparesis, GERD, REFLUX, CHF, and CRF. I can relate to having pain everyday and limited to exercises. Any advice would be appreciated.
