New here... Wondering if there are any other South Louisiana people here who need the support I do. With all of this great food we have it's definitely difficult to lose weight and keep it off. Hoping this site will help me get to a healthier weight. I'm a food addict, as most of us Cajun ladies are! Can't wait to meet some similar people here...

    No kidding but with our great Louisiana Taste comes the bare of bad news. EXTREME calories.... But like our customs of south Louisiana I am here to assist you reach your goal as I hope you will assist me also!!!

    DeshotelK: I am from the LakeCharles area and I could use some motivation to lose weight and exercise. I am a 63 year old Christian Woman who has Fibromyalgia with MCTD. Yes I love to cook and eat good food. Anyone want to be my motivator?
