Hi, I have a chronic, incurable autoimmune disease which has caused interstitial lung disease (scarring in the lungs) and some weakening of muscles. I also have painful sciatica. I have only recently recovered from pneumonia. Until November last year I was in remission but then took a nosedive and am only just getting back to exercise of any kind. Are there others in this community with similar issues or is everyone megafit

    I also have auto immune deficiency, Fibromyalgia and MCTD to name a few. I am 63 and just started on MFP two weeks ago. Trying to keep my head above the water also.

    I don't have any chronic diseases, but I'm definitely not megafit!
    Don't worry, there are people in all kinds of different situation here, including many who live with medical conditions or disabilities.
