Feel free to add me HW 230 CW 206 GW 140 I've lost a lot of weight with protein diets and a whole bunch of other highly restrictive diets in the past 8 years, and always gained it all back. I get a Venti iced americano 365 day a year. 1 Splenda and 1 tbsp of cream. Keeps me satisfied from 7:30 to 11:30 am since I'm a slow sipper. 45 calories, so I get to save almost of my calories for food!

I steam my broccoli, then lightly drizzle it with olive oil. I add garlic slices and salt and pepper. I shake it all up in a Tupperware and by the next day, the flavors blend wonderfully once the broccoli is reheated. It's so simple but so delicious.
