Options
Hello,

how long does the body need to digest products of konjac (like shirataki noodles)?
I know that normal noodles stays more or less 3 hours in the digestive tract.

Thanks
Emma

I have dedicated my life to *not* thinking about how long it takes food to travel through my digestive tract. This helps me retain my appetite.

Is there a reason you think that they have a different speed of digestion than noodles made from wheat? And what's the purpose of this information?

Strange question...Why? They contain almost no calories or nutritional value. They are nothing like regular noodles.

Here's how you find out. First, do a full colon cleanse while fasting for at least a day or two. Then, eat your noodles and time how long it takes for your next bowel movement. To be accurate, repeat this at least 10 times for a reasonable average. Please post the results, for science.
