Hello,
how long does the body need to digest products of konjac (like shirataki noodles)?
I know that normal noodles stays more or less 3 hours in the digestive tract.
Thanks
Emma

I have dedicated my life to *not* thinking about how long it takes food to travel through my digestive tract. This helps me retain my appetite.
Is there a reason you think that they have a different speed of digestion than noodles made from wheat? And what's the purpose of this information?0 -
Strange question...Why? They contain almost no calories or nutritional value. They are nothing like regular noodles.0

Here's how you find out. First, do a full colon cleanse while fasting for at least a day or two. Then, eat your noodles and time how long it takes for your next bowel movement. To be accurate, repeat this at least 10 times for a reasonable average. Please post the results, for science.0
