2500 calories can be blown out in 1 sitting, Big Mac combo, large fries, large coke, Mcflurry and bam there's 2500 calories right there, or very close to it.

How much water do you drink a day? Try drinking lots of water every day. If I want to or not I try and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. It's helps curb hunger.

I am 41 and I just started MFP a few days ago but I started losing weight 3 weeks ago. I need to lose at least 230 pounds. I let myself get way out of shape over the last 15 years. This is my first real attempt at losing weight.
