    My tip is to figure out your biggest weakness that always seems to be there to get you off track and avoid it. Figuring it out can be hard, but once you know what it is if you're truly motivated it will be easy to avoid.

    I discovered my weakness was meat. Meat is my gateway food. When I eat meat I can't convince myself to stay away from fast food and take out. But when I don't eat meat I have no problem avoiding these places. I'm not going to McDonald's to pay $5 for a sad soggy salad!

    Find your kryptonite!

    I still eat meat one meal a week on my cheat day and that helps me stay on track and never miss it.

    This works for me idk how it would work for you. But for me time goes by faster for me if I check every few minutes on how long I have been walking.
