I am at maintenance range. I have MS. I use a walker/wheelchair. My partner got me an exercise bicycle. I didn't think I would be able to manage it, but with the help of my arms, I can. I started at 5 minutes and have decided to work up to 15 minutes a day. I am excited about the possibility of figuring out how to walk…

I am maintaining at 134. I just started this challenge. I don't know what I am doing. I guess I will weigh once a week and hope for the best. As long as I log my food, I should be able to see when I am eating too much.
-
I just count calories and assume everything is okay. I don't weigh everyday. I just weigh whenever. I don't worry about water, etc.
-
Yes. I don't know what I am doing. I am now 5'9" and 134 lbs. My boyfriend says stop losing. I don't know how to eat to now.

I have the understanding that grapefruit gets your liver into a fat burning mode.
-
Mini candy bars, flavored water mostly, but I don't go over my calorie goal.
-
I think eating a grapefruit for breakfast helps with weight loss. I am on thyroid meds, am 65, in a wheelchair, am 5'9" and weigh 138.
-
Try eating a grapefruit for breakfast.
-
I weigh myself infrequently, but find having a scale helpful. I like to know where I stand.
-
I don't deprive myself of anything. I just stay in my calorie allowance. I am now 138 at 5'9".
-
As long as you stick to your calorie goal, you will eventually shed pounds.
-
I was diagnosed in 2003, but had symptoms since 1990. I have lost weight sticking to the calorie goals. I take an MS pill and vitamin D everyday. Good luck!
-
I am 65 and in a wheelchair w/MS. I stick to my calorie goal and don't worry about it. I lost 37 lbs. I am 5'9" and weigh 138. If I can do it, so can you.
-
I am 65 and am in a wheelchair with MS. I lost 35 lbs so far. I am 5'9" and weigh 138.2 lbs. I keep under 1200 calories and eat sweet things if I want to. I am not in a hurry. My goal weight is 125.
-
I think losing weight that quickly might damage your health. If you are on a forever kind of program, taking longer seems okay.
-
I am 5'9" and have lost 35 lbs. I am currently 138.2 lbs. Just stick to your calorie goal. Slowly it will come off. Good luck!

I am 5'9" and 139. Trump's daughter and wife are 5'11" and 139. I have made my goal 125. It is slow going.
