I have done my my first Cize workout. Crazy 8s. At first I thought this is so easy, will I be breaking any sweat but by the first 10 minutes I got the clear idea what is this about. Question is, if you want to take this whole fitness thing up for life or is it a short term weight loss routine? I highly recommend starting slow and build it up progressively as our body adjust to a same routine and after a certain period of time it doesn't give us result or the result get slower.
