I definitely have struggled with binge eating way too many times in my life. I am trying to avoid triggering foods like sugar and junk because those tend to be the ones that spiral me into a binge. Also, if I fee a binge coming on, I will eat a full meal and that has been extremely helpful.

5'2, I'm 21 and I started at 126 and am currently at 114-115. Have no idea what my bf % is but I still feel like I have a lot of fat on my body so my goal is to maintain between 105-110. I am pretty petite so less weight on my body looks better.

You can make waffles with some protein powder, baking powder, an egg and a little bit of water!!! And I use a zero calorie pancake syrup by walden farms on top! It keeps me sane on low carb days(:

So I've definitely been measuring everything out including oils and peanut butter and what not. I use the scanner in the app to get the food so I know it's the right ones. Sometimes the food I'm logging doesn't give me the option to put things into grams so I just see how many grams a serving is on the package and add it…

I add tons of veggies to a meal to add a bunch of volume and make myself think I'm eating a ton! Also I try to prepare veggies in ways that I haven't really done before. For example I just got a veggie spiralizer and it seriously makes me want to try all sorts of different veggies in it! I use cashew milk and walden farms…

So I got onto the website with the exact same username and password but nothing matched. Like I had all of my food entries on my app and I had lots of friends on the app but none of that was showing up in the website. So I deleted the app and redownloaded it and everything was different.:p
