Sorry early morning typo....vitamins

22 lbs in just under 3 months!
-
Thanks! Hit 21 lbs today and cant wait to be in the 100s again!!
-
Thank you. Its been exciting to see numbers I havent seen since highschool! Next I give up Mtn. Dew. It will be the hardest step but anxious to see what happens when I do.
-
Silly me. I dont even enter water in. No calories and no nutrients means one less entry for me. For everything else I even enter if I lick a spoon!
-
I would take 50 lbs by Christmas but not realistic so sticking with a high goal of 40.
-
I started at 234. Got stuck at 228. Picked back up and got to 216 and stuck again. Riding it out as this is all in the past two months. 18 lbs down is a good start for two month I think. Just keep riding that scale...eventually it will move.

I log my exercise as whatever my treadmill says. But I never eat back any of my calories so no risk in over eating. I have found it pretty accurate if I count back a week. 1000 calories a day deficit between exercise and regulat restriction. Losing about 2 lbs a week.
-
I get cravings but refuse to act on them. Not an easy task! I will have to watch over the next few months to see.
-
Congrats the difference really shows. I am the same height, gone from 234 to 216 in 50 days and still dont see it!!

My husband and I do NOT. There is no way I am eating up my hard work. No matter how much I want that snack. My MFP is set to sedentary with a 1 lb loss. I consistently lose 2lbs a week eating the calories it specifies for 1 lb by not eating my exercise calories. If I move the loss up to 2lbs it puts my calories down to…

My main goal has been to get to 180. But in the back of my mind I am just like you. I just want to see below 200! Congrats on all you have done so far. Your transformation in your pic is awesome. Set small goals. I still use the 10 lb goal and get so excited when I hit it. I am close to hitting the 20 lb mark and that is…

I had a hysterectomy when my 7 year old was born. No menstrual cycle for me and I am thankful for that!
-
Thanks Shadlw2soul. I checked out your pics and the transformation is amazing. Frustrating when you have lost pounds and inches and still cant see it. Hoping by the time I reach 20lbs down I will see something!

Good to know I am not the only one. Hubby and I are doing this together but days I get like this I know I am intolerable. He always tells me I am beautiful no matter what I choose and he just wants me happy. Luckily he still loves me when I get cranky!

"Calories will NOT be enough"
-
Then why comment??? Move on to another post that applies to you.
-
Me!!! I just want to get below that 200 mark! Though I am in my 40s, I am making good time in making it happen.
-
I have started with a goal of losing 54 lbs. Just turned 44 and thought it would never come off. 48 days of tracking and I have lost just over 15 lbs. Sometimes it seems so slow but when you do the math its coming off as quick as it should. Age hasnt hindered me yet except the aches and pains and I just push through them.

Give birth to a 33 lb baby.
-
Ahhh my favorite state. Its the only one that will ever be "home" for us.
-
You can add me. My first goal is 80 lbs. End goal is 100+. I have 3 kids too and it is a battle to make sure I am doing what I need.
-
I take it everu day. Morning vitamin and 800 mgs of ibuprofen. If not I can not move due to spinal and knee injuries. Now I wonder if it is slowing down my weight loss. Going to have to try a couple of days over the long weekend and see what happens.
-
I chose not to at this point. I am very large so I can lose 2 safely. I can adjust MFP up to 2 lbs but for some reason when I ate at 1200 I didn't lose. Probably wasnt as active and I definitely was cranky. It now gives me 1500 calories but I usually end up 1300 to 1400 and satisfied. No sense in exercising just to eat…
-
I cut it out today besides a half a bottle this morning that was left in the fridge. I am shocked how many more calories I still have available tonight. There is no way I will eat them all. I already dont eat back exercise calories. What a difference. Hopefully it will make a difference in losing my belly fat!
-
I have MFP set to lose a pound a week, stick to those calories or a little below, walk 2 to 3 miles on an incline 5 to 6 times a week, and do not eat any exercise calories back. Its working for me at a 2 pound a week loss.
-
One more episode....I use my ipad and headphones to walk the fat away on our treadmill while catching up on my favorite shows.

We do jillan michaels kickboxing. Hubby teased me about it, but after doing circuits one and two he dropped to the floor. It hurts! Lol
-
Thank you. The continued goals keep me motivated to stick with it and keep moving! I expect it will start to slow, but the next thing to go is my Mtn. Dew 100%! ( I will probably struggle more with this than the weight loss the last few weeks) Now to set my next short term goal!

I second the logging in correctly is lagging. I wish I could eat pizza that many times in a week and lose weight!
