Curious what everyone takes for vitamjns to ensure an efficient and healthy weight loss?

    Vitamins are only useful if you're deficient. If you don't need them, taking extra is just a waste. I take vitamin D for an ongoing deficiency.

    Vitamins aren't for weight loss and won't do anything for you in that regard. You don't really need specific vitamins unless you have a deficiency. On the recommendation of my doctor I take a general multivitamin in gummy form since I have digestive issues and vitamin D gel capsules because I'm a little on the low side.

    I take GNC'S active women's multi-vitamin each day, mainly because I notice the lack of energy I have when I don't take a vitamin for awhile. I chose this one because it's one of the few that doesn't make me nauseous. It doesn't do anything for weight loss, though...that's not the purpose of a vitamin. They don't 'cause' weight loss...only a calorie deficit does that.
