Anyone 5' 4" and SW 230s

I am 5'4". SW 234. CW 218. I can not see a difference yet. Wondering if there is anyone out there similar to my stats, when did you see a physical difference?

I actually started a bit heavier at 260 lbs, but I am similar in height at 5'4.5".
I first noticed a difference when I got down to 210lbs and then didn't notice much until I was down to 194 lbs (even then it took comparing pictures to see it).

Frustrating when you have lost pounds and inches and still cant see it. Hoping by the time I reach 20lbs down I will see something!0
