OMG people! Relax! I don't eat processed food or canned food. I have not eaten meat since 1985. If I eat an extra 10 calories who cares? If I read that a cup of carrots is 15 calories, I add 20! I eat "clean" foods and use measuring cups. Nothing frozen or prepared.

From what any kickboxing, boxing coach has ever told me, as well as literature etc. that's what it states. I didn't make it up, it's what I've been told. I've burned 400 calories doing speedwalking on a treadmill in an hour. This is way more intense.

I feel satisfied and if I'm hungry, I eat. I haven't had any negative side effects either.

I had the same loss before and it is partially water but also fat. You shocked your system and will have good results the first week. You won't lose 7 lbs every week but it's a good start. Keep being positive and continue doing what you're doing! Good for you.

Could be not eating enough or caffine deficiency. If you drastically changed your eating habit, that would be a good indicator.

I've been "eating clean" for a while now and I feel so much better. It's difficult to eat clean at most restaurants and that can be challenging, especially if you don't eat red meat or poultry.

I've noticed both the scale and my clothes fitting a little differently. I notice subtle changes on my body. I think it depends on the person.

I experienced the exact same thing! It's so easy to get into bad habits. You have to do your thing and remember that you are an individual.

Ohhhh! It makes me sad to read this. You never need to justify yourself to anyone. Be who you are and work on yourself for you. Everyone else is secondary. If your man is going to be upset with you, he is not helping you. I hope you find it in yourself to be happy with yourself and if you want to feel better, do it for you!
