Fish anyone?

Our favorite way to have pretty much any fish: Mix a tablespoon of lite mayo with lots of spices, slather it on and bake for like 10 minutes. Takes the fishy taste away, gives it a nice moist sauce, and if you want a little crunch, sprinkle the top with panko crumbs or cornmeal just before putting in the oven. Adds maybe 50-75 cals to the plain old fish.2

This is my favorite simple sauce to put on any white fish. It takes no time at all, but tastes much more complex.
Tilapia Tomato Caper Sauce
Other ideas are Fish tacos, Thai coconut curry, Fish Cakes, and Piccata.1 -
Thank you! I'm definitely going to try those. I love thai food and am excited to try the thai coconut fish.0
