I think spiking insulin post workout is necessary regardless if u want to gain mass or shred, coz it helps the body absorb all the protein and supps that u took before and during workout

On a regular basis 160lbs women are fat and out of shape here in california anyways. Im not trying ng to offend you guys but i guess gym and this forum are exceptions.

Sorry for the confusion guys but im not aiming for a bodybuilding type of body like we see at the contests. Just trying to get cut. I dont want to be tooo big or my wife would kill me! Lol!

So i get it. Eat more? I know thats my downfall my calorie intake is only 2100 per day 170gram of protein and 200gr of carbs. Trying to eat more but its tough job :smiley: im scared of eating too much carbs might get me, i know some of my friends that did and looked fat.

@psulemon ty for the input. I guess it depends on each individuals body type and activities. I lift 5x a week cardio 3x, im down 12% of body fat from digital and 10% from manual caliper. I just thought its a lil surprising for me burning fat while consuming more carbs but again if anything i read this article for my body…

Do HIIT cardio for 15mins there's alot in youtube. And as for the diet i did 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fat. It works for me anyways loosing fat% but gaining mass

We have the same problem.. Fortunately i replaced beer to wine u just have to find the right wine for u.. Its a great sub and u still get that buzz feeling :wink:

Its no secret and u probably heard this a thousand times.. "eat healthy" not eat less but "eat healthy" 5 - 6x of small meals a day, lots of veggies and lean protein. Watch out for ur sugar and sodium intake. No junky foods only on ur cheat day. Follow that and i can definitely guarantee u.. U will reach ur goal :smiley:
