I want to lose 50 - 10 down! Feel free to add :)

I'm 4'10 and started at my heighest weight of 162lbs. My current weight is 152, and my aim is to be 112. I'm taking it slow because my low BMR means that deficits are hard to get!

In your swede and carrot mash, chop up really small and cook some spinach to chuck in - you'll barely taste it, and after a while you'll be able to build up the portions more and more

BUMP!

im very short (4'10) so my TDEE is very low, so consequently im on a 1200 diet - I eat reasonably well, but i'll often have cookies, mug cakes and being at university means lots of drinks.

bagels instead of bread! you dont really need an entire bagel to feel full, but eating only one slice of bread in a sandwich feels very lackluster

Same! I'm looking to lose 50lbs, and I'm pretty short so it's a slow process.

I've yo-yoed throughout the years, but I'm hoping to lose 50lbs. I'm short so setting my goal at 1lb a week - week two of barely any exercise and pretty lazy logging and I've lost 2lbs. The key is to be gentle with yourself - me being too hard on myself is what led to me giving up quicker before!
-
BUMP - more support please!

I eat 1200 - i'm 4'10 and have an initial total of 26lbs to lose hopefully by October (I've lost 10lbs so far), then I'll set my goal as I like after that. I really like trying to cook healthy new meals, so feel free to add! (don't judge me - im learning!)

I think I'll start eating cheese on its own, like alot of you guys said - so i can enjoy the flavour more. I think maybe then, I'll start seeing it as a treat and stop adding unnecessary extra calories to my meals :)
-
that's a really good idea :)
-
that's not a helpful response, though?
