Eat Water pasta (21cals the whole bowl), plus 100grams of peppers and 100grams sauce and seasoning . For meat , I've added 100grams of pork/beef (50 each)! Delicious and only 244 cals TOTAL Here is my best friend

And do you guys really believe on the amount of calories burned with steps ? I mean, so I can consider that I'm burning around 599 cals a day plus my metabolic rate (2.200) : 2700 a day then in total ? I am eating 1509 cals a day on average , which is a deficit of 1000cals, if I can take into account the steps and stuff?…
