    I don't have a picture, but I grilled an entire dead chicken and ate most of it with my hands with an entire sweet potato. Probably best that there is no pictures evidence.

    It's in my belly now! I made sautéed collard greens for the first time and about 1/2 cup of a leftover hamburger casserole thingy I made a couple days ago.

    We already ate, but we had salads with pre cooked grilled chicken on top. Romaine and tomatoes, with an amazing yummy dressing.

    Eat Water pasta (21cals the whole bowl), plus 100grams of peppers and 100grams sauce and seasoning . For meat , I've added 100grams of pork/beef (50 each)! Delicious and only 244 cals TOTAL
