Hi! I'm 5'4 and 142, wanting to get to 130. Slow progress is still progress!

I live in TN, and I completely understand the struggle. I'm here to lose weight, so far I've gone from 205lbs to 142lbs, my goal is to reach 130, and some days I feel like giving up bc I don't FEEL any different despite pictures and clothes. The struggle is real.

I live in Northeast TN, in the smoky mountains. I hate running up all our hills, I really would love to run in a flat area, which are hard to come by unless I want to run at the local high school track.
