    For some reason the rest of my words disappeared! I currently workout 4-6x a week and my goal is to lose 20lbs (or 9kg). My journey has been very slow but ultimately I'm down to 170 from around 205 a few years ago. I'm hoping my slow and steady pace will yield long lasting results! Add me! I'm always looking for extra encouragement and people who are like minded! Namaste !

    I'm 5'4 ..my bmi sucks but you wouldn't know I weigh 170, I'm one of the lucky ones who's body proportions it out well.
