I was diagnosed with Lupus on 9/13.

I've had it for a few months now.

I do have it set on dominant hand, my left hand and I am wearing it on my left. So I need to wear it on my right hand?

The workouts are basically 30 minutes or cardio and 30 minutes of strength training. You need to be at 85% heart rate (the orange zone) for 12-24 minutes to get the "after burn" effect. I did notice that one night while making dinner (stirring) my steps were increasing and I wasn't walking.
-
I really don't manually log any of my workouts. I just go by the steps that Fitbit says.
-
I definitely need to do this. I tend to be an all or nothing type

Each OTF class is different, so I couldn't give you an exact amount. It's basically 30 minutes of strength training then 30 minutes of cardio. I use the Fitbit Blaze. My biggest issue besides eating between 2000-2200 calories a day, is getting all my protein in.

Thank you guys so much! I do Orangetheory 4-5 days a week, so I'm pretty active. I've been eating an average 1600 (net) calories, but I'm burning so much more (my Fitbit's monthly average is 2600 calories), I can't wrap my head around it! I need to be eating 2000-2100 a day at the bare minimum! Holy cow!!
-
Yeah, I guess I'm afraid of eating more (without feeling guilty). I put this question out there in the general MFP forum, and basically everyone was telling me that my FitBit was wrong and I was eating too many calories (and I agreed with them!) Thank you!
-
Could my Fitbit be overestimating??
-
I think it's a mix of the Fitbit over estimating and eating too many calories, based on that estimate (1700-2000 calories). The month that I lost weight, I ate an daily average of 1600 calories, so I'm going back to that.
-
I calculated and averaged out all my calories each month to see why I'm not losing. I'm eating too many calories. Plain and simple. I appreciate everyone's input.
-
HAHA, Thanks!
-
Which keto app do you use?
-
I have Hashimoto's. I go to the endo Dr in August.
-
Yeah, and I did lose 7 pounds when I tried it, but I feel like I need more carbs for the type of exercise I do. Is that the way you are eating?
-
I've been taking it before bedtime. I seem to remember taking it better then. I notice that my energy level is better than before I was taking it, but the weight isn't budging... :(
-
Thanks. I'll have to check this out
-
Thank you for your input (I don't plan on opening my dairy)
-
Yes! I have an appointment tomorrow morning. I feel sometimes that I'm not where I should be medication-wise.
-
I was thinking that I might not be getting enough protein, I have it set to 40%, but it's very hard to do. I need to drink more water too!
-
Maybe I'll start by not eating my exercise calories back and see if that makes a difference.
-
I have a Fitbit (Blaze) synced on MFP, would that be over-estimating my calories burned? I also am hypothyroid.
-
Well, I've heard that too. But we have a challenge at Orangetheory, and I had my bodyfat measured there too (with the device you hold in your hands), and it was very close to what my scale said.
-
I'm pretty good with the measuring, I don't eyeball.
-
I never heard of that app.
-
I use my Fitbit scale.
-
Thanks for the article. I had my "non breakfast food" breakfast of cheddar cheese and roast beef

This sounds YUMO!
