Where? Because the Houston area seems to have a few that are $10-15 a month.
-
Me too!
-
Yeah it always says I'm about halfway on Potassium too... But my vitamins A and C are always over.
-
I'm in Houston and there are quite a few $10 a month gyms here!
-
$10 a month, that includes 2hours a day Monday-Saturday of child watch for my 3 kids, and unlimited classes. The gym has a huge machine and free weight section, large cardio section, spin cycle room/classes, another studio with Zumba, yoga, body pump, etc classes, and a fenced outdoor turf area with tires and other cool…

I do, and I add it, but there's no iron in it
-
I checked again later and it credited them back... I think maybe it happened because I pre-logged my game before I actually played, and then it readjusted after the game actually took place?

-
Give it to me?
-
I just walk and play hockey...
-
My 5 year old will walk, ride his bike, rollerblade, or ride his scooter... I go about 5 miles on my usual route.
-
Why do you think it won't?
-
I think I got the 20g from here, MFP:
-
That says only 6g protein per scoop, I don't think that's right... I think it's 20... I emailed their customer service so hopefully I'll know soon...
-
They've had protein powder for years, I've been getting it in my drinks there for at least 8 years now. All the Starbucks have it, even the ones in grocery stores and targets.

Women usually start to have pretty visible abs at 15-16% body fat. Just guessing off the 2 pictures I'd say you're maybe 22%?

I was thin my whole life right up till after I had my 3rd baby, I'm 34 so I don't know if it's from age, my last kid, or what but I've definitely never struggled like this in my life. I've never had to watch what I eat and never counted calories till I joined MFP a few days ago. I've finally excepted I'm going to have to…
-
I'll take some from you! I have the opposite problem :(
-
And how do you know my age?
-
Sorry but having everyone insisting I didn't do what I know I did is getting old. And "nuff said for me" *raises eyebrows* is mature? Seems pretty condescending to me.

Your jealousy is showing
-
Calipers, not that it even matters because visually it's obvious.

You all can believe what you want, not everyone is the same, the AVERAGE woman might AVERAGE a pound a month, I'm also 6" taller than average, I had a history in college as a serious athlete so probably better muscle memory than average, I like to think I push myself more than average. So yeah, I believe I gained at least…
-
I think it's just easier for most people to over eat than it is to make up for it with exercise... In college I could literally eat like a football player... But I was playing ice hockey 1 1/2 hours a day 6 days a week, doing plyometrics 45 minutes 3x a week, lifting 45-60 minutes 3-5 days a week... And walking all over…
-
I don't know, I never counted calories till 3 days ago lol
-
I was ~17-18% So you agree I lost fat? Keeping in mind that I'm over 5'9" tall how many lbs of body fat would you estimate I lost? Simple math... I weighed 134... Lost fat, weighed 138-140... That's 4-6lbs PLUS however much fat I lost... So if I lost 5lbs of fat (I think it was probably more) then I gained 9-11 lbs of…

I guess you'll all tell me that I didn't go from a 75lb bench to a 150lb bench in 6 months either? Or that I didn't go from being unable to walk for 6 months to a 180lb squat.... Since everyone knows my story better than I do...
-
Cool
-
Yeah ok
-
It depends on you, your body, how hard your pushing yourself, how heavy you're lifting, how much protein you're getting, etc. I can see decent results after 3 months but 6 years ago I was a pretty serious lifter so I know what to do and have the "muscle memory" for it.
