I do a lot of cardio and strength training but I would be interested in hearing of what specifically can decrease my bust size. It is overwhelming!!

Lose weight in general. You cannot reduce any specific part of your body. Your bust will get smaller as the rest of you loses weight.7

Give it to me?20

Decrease your bust size? If you are any of the people in your profile photo, any bust you have is not likely fat. It's breast tissue. You know, genetics.
While it can be a pain, my rack has served me well. Is there a reason you don't like yours? I'm a DDD when thin a DD, and I still won't give in to anchor scars and loss of sensation involved in breast reduction surgery.5 -
They're just so huge and annoying! They make me look fat in all shirts regardless of how small my stomach gets, and they always hurt. I've dealt with it for years but I was really hoping that losing weight would help with this issue too3

I had always heard that people lose weight "all over".0

Ugh mine are ridiculous now! I've always had huge boobs and hated them. Lost 87 lbs and they are just gone. Still technically a c cup but I think most of it is just loose skin!1

Well, not everyone. When I lose, I do not lose hardly anything in my chest. I did have a breast reduction at age 22 and do not regret it. I was thin when I had it done. I lost ten pounds coming off of the surgeons table and that left me still decent sized. Even gaining weight as I got older and had kids did not make me gain significantly in my chest. Some people (via genetics) just don't gain or lose in their chest when their weight fluctuates.

Not really. I will if it is mostly fat, but it will not if its mostly glandular.2 -
Yeah not everyone loses it there. Mine stayed the same. I went from a D cup to now I'm an F cup (because the band size went down but cup stayed the same). So now I gotta buy bras from a specialty shop.1

Depends on genetics, but if they stick around even when you get to a lower BF% then chances are the only way to reduce them will be to get a reduction.
Mine were last on list of places my body wanted to pull fat from and even still yet in my goal range I'm a 32DD (granted I'm down from 38G/H cups). They are also one of the first places I put on weight.1 -
mine are the same cup size they were when I was thinner. the only difference is my band size, that got smaller but my cup size hasnt thankfully.

It could be that you will lose in your bust if you lose weight, or if you start working on doing a body recomposition instead--where you eat to maintain your weight but do a progressive lifting program to lose fat & gain muscle. If you lose fat, your body will pick where it comes from. You cannot spot reduce. I used to have a really large chest--I had to lose weight to fit back into my 34J bras. Now I'm down to a 30HH & really don't think I'm huge in spite of the alarming looking cup size.
If you are having pain, you are probably not getting the support you need. The band of your bra should be very snug--it should be supporting most of the weight of your chest. I strongly recommend you get properly sized at a specialty bra shop--not Victoria's Secret. They do not fit bras properly. If you don't live near a specialty shop, get a soft tape measure & start with this: http://www.brasizecalculator.tk/faq.html & read up on proper fitting: https://www.reddit.com/r/ABraThatFits/wiki/beginners_guide .
Your chest does not have to make you look fat, but you do have to dress to your figure. I cannot wear anything loose & flowy or boxy. My tops need to be fitted to me. If they fit my chest but don't fit my waist, then I look fat. Since my chest is larger than average, I wear a lot of stretchy material.
There's a whole list of retailers that cater to women with a larger busts:

There are bloggers that might give you more clothing & bra ideas:

Some of them don't seem to be active anymore, but their old stuff might be helpful.

Be happy with your boobies. Mine have got smaller and I didn't have much up top to begin with0

If it is mainly breast tissue and you are fitted for a properly fitted bra and not trying to squish them down in a small bra (which will make them hurt) then a breast reduction surgery is the only thing that will decrease them. Dependant on where you live and what insurance coverage you have it MAY be covered....if not and you hate them that much you'll have to start saving.0

I have exactly opposite problem. When i loose weight my boobs go first & when my body looks decent my boobs are non existant!! I could open another subject how to loose weight keeping boob size-;))) xx2

I've lost fifty pounds now and have gone from a 44DD to a 36G! I'm going to look like a bizarre cartoon character if this keeps up!

Donate it to me... I miss mine.2
-
I've gone from a 36G to a 36DDD and I've lost 40 lbs so far. At my thinnest I was a 36D and genetics lean more towards being large in the chest area anyway. Just like everyone has said, weight loss happens everywhere, some places lose easier and faster than others. Gotta love it, eh?2
-
Mine were first to go, just kind of deflated. Ugh. So i would too, happily accept a boob donation.3
-
I went from 38 DD to 36 D. It's really genetics. I like them now though... I mean, I have hips too, so I guess it just matches them...0
-
I'm crying here because I have NO boobs now. I'm back to age 14. They left first.2
-
It's genetics. Mine were the first to go, too.1

If only those of us with too much could donate to those of you with too little!12

The only exercise to get rid of breast tissue is a breast reduction ;-)1

I am hopefully getting a reduction. I will be fine with scars, beside they fade away hugely. I had 3 c sections and no one can find my scar, it is that faded. I am currently 36G/H, technically a 35, some 34s fit, other 36. After I had kids they grew, then I had a full hysterectomy and they grew even more! I had a 34DD to begin with. Finding a bra that fits is worse than a needle in a haystack. Mine hurt my shoulders, neck and upper back when I try to run or jog. My ins said they would cover it, but need to do some work first. I would check to see if you can. No excersice will target any section. Best is all over, like they said. Say if I did mine would likely go down to a 36F. Still big.1

thankfully I just lost band size and not cup size. I dont have much to lose as it is.0
-
Oh God. I have the big booby gene. Im only 18. I lost 10lbs and went to get measured for a new bra. My boobs grew....they GREW! I was in shock and apparently my aunty who has big boobs gets bustier when she loses weight too. I have double F's and im only 5 foot 4! They swamp me! I feel busty peoples pain. I really do.0
