Add me. I think changing habits one of the time is a great way to loose weight. My first habit is to limit sweets from my diet to twice a week.

Thanks to everyone for the great advice! I think my portions are too big. I like the advice to just start measuring my normal portion size first then,after I get used to measuring, eat smaller portions.
