Habit changes

Hi, I'd love to add some friends. Looking to lose weight and help change habits of eating when stressed and bored, find some new (positive) habits to cope with stress and boredom. I'm excited to do this. I'd love to lose 32 pounds by mid-June but most important to change my eating habits and get healthier.

    Add me. I think changing habits one of the time is a great way to loose weight. My first habit is to limit sweets from my diet to twice a week.
