For some reason a part of me thought going over one macro would cause more weight gain.

I am 5'8" and 138 lbs M Yeah, I always reach my protein goals without trying lol I'm probably very wrong here but I've read around and learned anything passed 0.8-1g of protein per lb of lean body weight is pretty much useless and is added as fat storage. But yeah correct me if I'm wrong.

I've literally just started bulking. The difference between my weight in was about 3lbs more. But thats probably water weight.

I suppose you're right. I'll try eating more. I'll ignore calories for now and eat whenever my body wants me to.

Yeah. I didn't really know how it worked. I knew I had to eat 250 calories over my TDEE. I started about 2 weeks ago. I should've gathered a bit more information before starting though haha.

I would do more cardio but that eats away the muscles. For your 90 min weight training, do you do it all in one go or do you do 2 sessions a day?

I thought it didn't really matter as long as it was intense. I cant exercise over 60 minutes because my body will produce corsitol. Would doing the workout 2x a day instead of 1 suffice?
