Need help/advice with an imbalance
Hello! For the longest time, even before I started training my body liked rotating towards the left. When performing any exercises, whether it be Squats or even BB Rows my left knee will externally rotate a lot, about my pinky toe and my right knee will want to internally rotate around my Big toe. I have not experienced…

OHP with a low ceiling
I'm currently following SL 5x5 and over head presses are apart of the program. I am able to press with 10 lb plates on the bar but if I try using 25 lb plates it'll hit the ceiling (only if I shrug my shoulders at the top which is needed afaik) Would I be better off doing seated OHP or end up purchasing a bunch of 10 lbs…

Demotivated.
Took a week off from lifting as I injured my inner elbows. (Was trying to correct my upper back not being tight during squats and tried the bend the bar on your back cue.) Today I tried to go back. I had to drop 20-25 lbs from all my lifts. Which is almost 1 month of progress gone. Kind of demotivated from that big set…

Deloading after a break?
Some unforseen events have happened and I'm forced to take about a week off. I suppose that's a good thing because I haven't really taken more than a 3 day break from lifting. My question, should I deload when going back into it or should I just pick up from where I left off?

Lifting with a minor hamstring strain
I'm fairly certain I managed to strain my left hamstring. When I completely straighten out my leg(only while laying down) I feel a bit of pain. However, whenever I go to exercise (squats/deadlifts) I do not feel any of that pain whatsoever. I was wondering if it was alright to keep on lifting like this. I have deloaded,…

Barbell rows with small plates
I've finally started the Stronglifts5x5 program and I've run into a small issue. When performing the barbell row, I have a hard time putting the weight back on the floor as the plates are small so I resort to not to that. Is that alright to do? According to the program the weight has to start on the floor and end there too.

Anyone have success correcting Lateral Pelvis Tilt?
Firstly, I am not officially diagnosed with LPT but I'm fairly certain that's the case and not 1 leg shorter than the other. Its really bothering me and I would like to correct this myself, if all else fails I'll go ahead and get someone to help me with it. Has anyone had any success fixing a lateral pelvis tilt? Symptoms…

How long should one stretch for daily?
I tend to sit a lot throughout the day despite being active. I make sure to get up every 30 minutes or so and do a quick 3 minute stretch. Another 30 minutes go by, I feel certain areas are tightening so I stretch again. I also stretch dynamically before workout and static after. All in all, I'd say its about 45 min- 1…

When to activate glutes in squats
So, recently I've discovered I haven't been utilizing my glutes, at all. In any workout. Probably due to the fact that I sit most of the day. I've been working on bodyweight exercises to strengthen my glutes. It's worked. But now I'm not sure how to incorporate it's use in squats. Do I activate them only on the way up? I…

Had a little bit too much to eat today.
I ate about 1500-2000 calories what I normally eat today. Should I bump down a few calories over the course of the week or just forget about it? This is a rare occurrence, I don't think ive been over in a while

Always leaning to one side when standing
I seem to always lean on my right side whenever I stand up. I've been making a conscience effort to evenly distribute my weight whenever standing but I always find myself leaning. Its starting to affect my squats now and I don't know how to really correct this. Any advice would be much appreciated

Bodyweight squats everyday?
Would it be alright to perform about 100 bodyweight squats over the course of a day on top of my regular strength training? I do them mainly for flexibility/Mobility. I was curious if it would lead to any sort of over training

Unsure if knee pain
I sit quite a lot throughout the day, so I started to stretch every 30 minutes I've been sitting down. I get up and go down and hold a squat for about a minute. Ever since I've been doing that, I had this strange sensation in my left leg, right over my knee cap. I'm unsure if it's my knee or quadricep. I've been doubting…

Question about posture
The majority of the day, I'm sitting usually. So I've been trying to correct the way I sit. The only thing I have a question on is this soreness in my upper back. I feel it mostly in my shoulders but also in shoulder blades and traps. Is this normal or is it just my body getting used to it

How am I losing weight?
My TDEE is around 2000 calories a day. I eat over that by 500, so 2500 calories a day. But I'm somehow losing weight and I'm confused to how. I only lift 4x a week for periods of 40 mins each. Anyways, I'll be bumping up my intake just confused on how I'm losing weight.

Can I increase my squats load even with a muscle imbalance
I noticed my left leg is bigger than my right, I feel it more in my left leg when squatting. Could I increase my squat load still? I wanted to do unilateral leg exercises but I had no idea where to incorporate them and what exercises to do, after research the main answer was pistol squats but I'm unable to do them. I do…

Help with deadlifts
Will someone provide me info on how to deadlift. No matter what I think I changed in my form it looks like I'm doing a squat but while holding a bar. It looks stupid. I only really feel it in my legs. It looks like going parallel on a squat but holding a barbell.

Question about barbell row
I was wondering if it can be done at an angle that is not 90 degrees. I don't really feel my back being worked when doing it like that. When I'm somewhere near 45 degrees I feel it more. Is there any negative aspect about doing it this way?

Should I Deload my squats ?
Firstly I apologize for so many questions on here. I squat with just a 45 lb bar and find myself losing balance or only feeling it in one leg. I figured it's muscle imbalance. Should I Deload to a 30 lb bar or just start from scratch at bodyweight squats. Id hate to have to restart but this is really bothering me. I feel…
