Remedy for abdominal pain
After drinking a large amount of milk one day, I felt pain in my lower abdomin. I figured I was lactose intolerant and let that slide. 2 days have passed and the pain is still there. I've already booked an appointment to the doctors, I was wondering if anyone knew a way to ease the pain in the meantime.

Wrist pain when doing barbell rows
Whenever I've been doing barbell rows I've felt this pain in my right wrist. Its not when I'm actually lifting, I can do my set fine but when I put the bar down I get a shooting pain near my thumb/wrist area and I dont want to be adding on weight until I've resolved this

Would it be alright to eat a high fat/protein and low carb diet? I've heard from a few people that low carb can be bad. But I just generally enjoy eating fat & protein foods. Is it alright as long as I hit my daily protein & fat macros?

I got a bit concerned my resting heart rate bpm is in between 46-53 bpm. Is this normal?

How long do I bulk for?
I'm currently 19 yrs old, 5'8", 139 lbs with a body fat % of about 13-14%. I've lost over 100 lbs because I wanted to change. I now find myself way too small and I started lifting and bulking. My question is what bodyweight should I start to cut on?

Is 56g of added sugar in a day do Any harm?
I usually never eat added sugar, just fruits and milk. However, I bought the wring container of Greek yogurt and got the vanilla flavored one. One container has 56g of sugar and 42g of protein. I eat that whole container post workout. Sorry I'm kinda paranoid about what goes in my body.

I'm looking for foods with high carbs. I'm getting tired of eating the same things for carbs. I eat Brown rice, Sweet Potatoes and lentils mostly for my carbs. I was thinking pasta but I have no imagination for recipes nor do I know any decent healthy ones.

One leg feeling more worked when squatting
I'm fairly new to lifting and I've realized whenever I squat, I feel my left leg getting worked more, I don't feel it as much in my right. Is this normal? I'm certain I have proper form.

Lower back soreness hours after bent over row
I have a bit of lower back soreness a few hours after I did bent over rows. I recorded myself and my form seems fine. I'm just starting stronglifts, could this soreness be due to me just starting out? My form: knees are a little bent, my back is neutral and strsight.
