I usually never eat added sugar, just fruits and milk. However, I bought the wring container of Greek yogurt and got the vanilla flavored one. One container has 56g of sugar and 42g of protein. I eat that whole container post workout. Sorry I'm kinda paranoid about what goes in my body.

Keep in mind that's not all added sugar. Dairy products naturally contain sugar (lactose), and you can't differentiate between natural and added sugars on food labels at this time (your body doesn't either). But if it fits into your calorie goals and you don't have a medical reason to watch your sugar intake, it's fine.

It wouldn't be my first choice of things to do, but it's also only one day which is pretty irrelevant to the bigger picture. I don't have a tremendous sweet tooth but there are some days occasionally where I just want a soda and other sweet stuff...I'm sure those days are over 56g of sugar but I don't really care...it's not like I'm doing it all of the time.

Like others have said, no big deal, even if you had a really high sugar day, it's one day.

If you want to know how much of that was added sugar, compare with the plain of the same size and brand. Looking at Fage, my guess is maybe about 34 g would be added (22 g naturally in the yogurt), which is only 136 calories, so less than 10% of your total calories for sure, maybe very much less.

Aren't you bulking right now? Because sugar is very benefical during a bulk. Stimulates protein synthesis and prevents protein degradation.

Also, that yogurt isnt all added sugar, it has lactose as well.
