I dont eat so clean compared to other ppl on here so you can look through my dairy. I have stuff like tacos dorados,tostadas, mole,chorizo. Im Mexican so its hard to be without tortillas. I know exactly what you mean. The way i figured out is wake uo before she does in the morning & at least get an hour of work out& when she takes her nap, do another hour.

I dont like to because i dont want to get sweat on her but i know sometimes theres no other way to get exercise. I use my girl as weights. Example, hold her while doing lunges or squats

Mine gets in a *kitten* mood when she doesn't take her nap. I can try during her nap. =) i live in az and it gets to 113 during the afternoon so idk about taking her out. Thank you, great routine;)

I workout at home too using youtube. Keaira lashe, superherofitness. She's great and makes it fun.i have hard time to push myself but she helps lots. She has different levels of workouts. It's mainly dance cardio, but it's fun.

I use ideal lean protein shake they are really good and low calorie. But you should really use protein if your not reaching your protein goal that's just a suggest. I try to eat enough but avoiding bread pasta fried food.

I'm using ideal lean they have a new one that taste like cupcake. It's really good =) & less then 100 calories right now I can't remember the exact amount. The price isnt bad also ;)

So basically you can eat anything to reach your goal? I really dont get i saw pasta somewhere and healthier things. Im confuse maybe over thinking it.
